Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within ten days of receipt.  All returning goods must be accompanied by a StarStruck Signatures return merchandise authorization number (RMA). To expedite the refund process, please include a copy of the shipping invoice that was enclosed with the order.  Refunds exclude all shipping and handling costs, including any and all charges waived at initial shipment by StarStruck Signatures.  Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee unless reduced by a management representative. Please call with any questions or for further information.

Returns will only be accepted if the individual identifying hologram is untampered, undamaged, and unmoved. Any and all guarantees, whether express or implied, extend to the original purchaser only, and only for as long as the original purchaser retains possession of the piece. StarStruck Signatures will only entertain challenges to authenticity from independent, certified examiners (and specifically not from commercial production certification shops).  This means that if the original purchaser furnishes StarStruck Signatures with a written statement from a properly qualified handwriting examiner/expert acceptable to both parties challenging the authenticity of any autograph, we will refund the original purchase price upon the return of the autographed item in as shipped condition. All items are sold "As Is" and liability is specifically limited to the original purchase price. There is no guarantee nor liability as to unintended or consequential damages.

Please note:  Any and all returned items must be received in the same, fully salable condition as originally shipped by StarStruck Signatures, including all Statements, Letters, and/or Certificates of Authenticity, framing/display, and any other materials shipped with the purchases, as well as untampered, undamaged, and unmoved identifying holograms.  All merchandise belongs to the purchaser until inspection and approval of the returned item by StarStruck Signatures, and we further recommend that all returning packages be insured for full purchase value.  Of course, any and all refunds are subject to identification, confirmation of condition and authenticity, and are at StarStruck Signature’s sole discretion.

Shipping:  Delivery Methods and Timing
We ship domestically UPS and Fed Ex to the address of record.  Signature for delivered materials is always required, and no packages will be left unattended at the door.  Each package is fully insured.  Please inspect all packages for any damage and report to delivery driver prior to signing receipt.

Express and International shipment is also available.  Please call for rates.  Our contact details are here: (contact). If for any reason the package and/or the contents arrive damaged or in some way compromised, please do not discard the packaging! In order to process any claim for insurance coverage FedEx and UPS reserve the right to examine the packaging on site.

StarStruck Signatures ships merchandise to clients and collectors all over the globe. For an individualized quote, please call or email us with the delivery details and the item number you are interested in, and we will provide you with the amount of the charges for shipping and handling. Please recognize that many foreign countries apply an import tax, VAT, or other duty on imported items. StarStruck Signatures is not responsible for any of those additional charges. In most cases they must be paid before the item is released to the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Currency of Transactions - US Dollars
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, or money orders.  All credit card purchases are subject to billing and delivery address verification, and checks and money orders to receipt of clear funds.
Taxes
Any and all orders shipping to Florida will be charged applicable State Sales Taxes and local sales surtaxes as appropriate.
