Bob Dylan

Born Robert Zimmerman in 1941, the singer-songwriter-poet Bob Dylan and his music define for many the anti-war, civil rights, and counter culture movements of the 60s. His music has evolved over the decades while his popularity has scarcely waned. The author of Blood on the Tracks, Desire, Freewheelin’, Blonde on Blonde and tens of other albums has received tremendous recognition throughout his career including Grammy Awards and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, Academy and Golden Globe Awards, a special Pulitzer Prize, and induction into the Rock Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
