Why must StarStruck Signatures verify my shipping address?
StarStruck Signatures verifies all addresses for fraud prevention purposes. If the billing and shipping addresses are different, we must verify the shipping address. Please contact the bank that issued your credit card and have the shipping address listed as an alternate address in that bank's memo field. Please also make sure the credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed correctly in your StarStruck Signatures account information.
What is Address Verification?
Address verification is a precautionary measure StarStruck Signatures performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license. We instead conduct address verification through your credit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.

If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address in the record/memo field. We will contact your bank using the bank number you have provided to verify this information after you've placed an order. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.

Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your personal information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply contact us to let us know and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address are most likely to ship same-day.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for order processing (prior to shipping it). Once the order has shipped, estimated time of arrival will be determined by the selected shipping method and local FedEx or UPS guidelines for delivery.

Rush processing and shipment are also available at an additional cost.

I am experiencing trouble with my shopping cart. What can I do?
Shopping cart problems usually occur for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Cookies are not enabled. Please note: In some cases, the cookies on your computer may become corrupted. What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
We do not sell merchandise that we don't have available, which is why we provide a convenient Auto-Notify feature. Simply click the Auto-Notify button and fill in your email address, and you'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as the product becomes available for purchase. Auto-Notify is presently disabled due to technical difficulties.
Does StarStruck Signatures charge sales tax?
StarStruck Signatures charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipping to Florida.
Why was my credit card be declined when I know for certain that I have the funds available?
A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Please contact your credit card company for more information. Additionally, some banks do not provide real-time billing/delivery address verification, resulting in an order decline. This problem is most commonly experienced by our international customers. Please contact us directly, and we will work directly with your bank to resolve the issue. Does StarStruck Signatures know specifically why my credit/debit card was declined?
Our system charges your credit card automatically. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 5 business days, your order will be voided.
May I pay using a check or a money order?
You can place an order and pay by check or money order. Please write the order number on your check, print your confirmation, wrap the check or money order in the confirmation and send it to:

We must receive your payment within 7 days of the day you placed your order, or your order will be canceled. Of course, orders will only ship after payment has cleared the bank.

When and why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?
There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns for refund (RMA Refund) unless waived by a Management Representative. The restocking fee is charged for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase memorabilia they intend to keep and to discourage “flippers” who try to take advantage of our very competitive pricing to resell our high quality memorabilia elsewhere.
How do I get my FedEx or UPS tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are emailed at the time of shipment. Alternatively, you can check your order status online to find out your tracking number.
My FedEx or UPS tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Packages are sometimes not scanned by FedEx or UPS right away. In either case, please wait a day or two for all items in your order arrive. If they don't arrive, give us a call and we'll be happy to help you initiate the lost package process with FedEx.

FedEx has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local FedEx hub. StarStruck Signatures would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If FedEx is holding them, please contact FedEx.
Why did FedEx separate my packages?

Why was a UPS InfoNotice left on my door?
A UPS InfoNotice was left on your door to let you know that a package delivery or pickup was attempted. Your UPS InfoNotice contains information to help you complete the delivery or pickup.

I was not home when a delivery was attempted, and a UPS InfoNotice was left. Will UPS make another attempt?
Yes. UPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
What time will UPS make its next delivery attempt?
If this was a first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. Your UPS driver should have indicated on the UPS InfoNotice the approximate time range within which the next attempt will be made.
What is the purpose of the UPS InfoNotice barcode and barcode number?
The barcode on your UPS InfoNotice gives you easy access to your package delivery information. By entering this one number, you can track all your packages at UPS.com and receive additional information regarding future delivery attempts for your packages.
How do I track my UPS shipment?
To track your UPS shipment select Tracking from the UPS navigation bar at UPS.com and enter the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

To track your UPS InfoNotice on the Web, select Tracking from the UPS navigation bar and enter the UPS InfoNotice number as you would a tracking number. The UPS InfoNotice number is located at the bottom of the slip, just above the barcode.

In the U.S., you can track, locate, and verify the arrival of your packages by calling 1-800-833-9943.
When will my UPS package arrive?
In the U.S., your UPS package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. UPS Ground packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You can use your UPS tracking number to obtain up-to-date information about the status of your package on the Tracking Page.
I will not be available to receive my package(s) when UPS returns. What are my options?
There are several delivery options available. First, look closely at the InfoNotice to see if any instructional boxes are checked. Depending on the requirements of the shipment, you may be able to sign the back of the InfoNotice authorizing the driver to leave your package. Or, in the comments section of the note, you may write another address where the driver should take the package for delivery.

You may also submit a Delivery Change Request using the UPS Web site. Enter your 12 digit InfoNotice number on the Tracking page to begin requesting a change of delivery.

Does StarStruck Signatures pay return shipping costs?

No, StarStruck Signatures does not pay the return shipping cost. We will lead the interface with the shipper if a product is damaged in transit.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order, or do they decrease when multiple items are purchased together?
When you order multiple items together, shipping cost is usually reduced, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping.
Does StarStruck Signatures ship internationally?
StarStruck Signatures ships internationally. Please contact us directly for shipping costs. Many foreign countries apply an import tax, VAT, or other duty on imported items. StarStruck Signatures is not responsible for any of those additional charges.
How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered, or tampered package?
Please inspect all packages at delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please record this information with the delivery person immediately and notify StarStruck Signatures within 24 hours. If an order was damaged during shipment, please notify StarStruck Signatures within 24 hours. If an item was misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact StarStruck Signatures within one business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact StarStruck Signatures within three business days of not receiving your order.

If for any reason the package or the contents arrives damaged or in some way compromised, please do not discard the packaging! In order to process any claim for insurance coverage Fedex and UPS reserve the right to examine the packaging on site.
Does my expedited shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed?
While we do our best to ship all orders the same day the order is received, we are unable to guarantee that all orders are shipped immediately. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-2 business day processing timeframe, regardless of the shipping option selected, unless specifically noted otherwise. Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day from the day it is shipped.

To help ensure an urgent order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, StarStruck Signatures offers a Rush Processing option for orders placed before 12PM EST. This option costs a small additional fee, and StarStruck Signatures will put forth its best efforts to ensure your package leaves our warehouse that day. However we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship your order on the same day it was placed, the rush processing fee will be refunded.
