Each piece we sell comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, and an individually numbered, tamper resistant hologram specifically identifying the piece. Additionally, many items are certified authentic by an independent, third party examiner. Examination techniques include, but are not limited to, exemplar comparisons, ink analysis, paper and age testing, item dating, pen pressure testing, ultra violet tests, infra-red tests, and side light tests. All techniques are not used in every case, and the techniques utilized are determined by the examiner on a case-by-case basis.

StarStruck Signatures provides a simple guarantee: your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return your purchase and all included materials in original condition within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be processed according to our published Return/Refund Policy. In every case the holographic seal must be in its original, untampered with condition.

StarStruck Signatures will only entertain challenges to authenticity from independent, certified examiners (and specifically not from commercial certification companies). All items are sold "As Is" and liability is limited to the original purchase price. There is no guarantee or liability as to unintended or consequential damages. The Guarantee extends to the original purchaser of the piece only, and requires that the individual identifying hologram is untampered, undamaged, and unmoved.
